In this case, the claim will be collected directly by the collection agency. 7.1 Use of Google services
For the purpose of website analytics, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies can be used for this purpose. Your IP address will not be merged with other data from Google. The data processing is based on a data processing agreement with Google.
For the visual representation of geographical information, Google Maps collects data on your use of the Maps functions, in particular the IP address and location data, and transmits this data to Google and then processes it by Google. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.

If you use the tawk.to live chat tool to contact us, the data you voluntarily provide there (name, e-mail address, message) will be processed by us in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the purpose of answering the enquiry as part of the contract processing. In addition, the use of this tool serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in effective and improved customer communication in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, that are overriding in the process of balancing of interests.The data will then be deleted. The live chat tool is provided by tawk.to inc., 187 East Warm Springs Rd, SB298, Las Vegas, NV, 89119, USA, which acts on our behalf. There is no adequacy decision for the United States by the European Commission. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.
8. Contact possibilities and your rights
