The Measurement Computing USB-3114is a USB-based device and has analog outputs, 8 digital I/O and a 32-bit counter input. Each channel is software-selectable for either a bipolar voltage output range of 10 V or a unipolar range of 0 V to 10 V. Channel outputs can be updated individually or simultaneously. Each DAC controls one voltage/current channel pair simultaneously. Each channel pair can be updated individually or simultaneously.
The unit is powered via USB and requires no external power supply.
USB-3114 features 16 high-drive voltage output channels, eight digital I/O, and one counter input.
The device has eight bidirectional DIO lines. All digital pins are floating by default. A screw terminal allows configuration for pull-up (+5 V) or pull-down (0 V).
The device also has a 32-bit event counter for counting TTL pulses. The counter increments when TTL levels go from low to high. The counter accepts frequency inputs of up to 1 MHz.
Software support includes DAQami, an optional out-of-the-box application for data logging, visualization and signal generation. Data can be viewed in real time or after acquisition on user-configurable displays. Drivers for the most popular applications and programming languages are included, including Visual C++, Visual C#, Visual Basic.NET, DASYLab, LabVIEW, MATLAB and Python.
