The ACRF67 System-on-Module (SoM) integrates the high-performance AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC ZU67DR with high-speed DDR4 memory and QSPI Flash, forming a complete embedded processing system. This module combines programmable logic, multi-core ARM processors, and integrated RF data converters, providing a hardware-verified platform for prototyping high-performance wireless systems and enabling direct RF signal acquisition and analysis.
